Executive Director, Dan Butler
is an actor, writer, director, and producer. Some of his favorite projects include: Theatre (NY) – Travesties (Roundabout); The Weir (Irish Rep); Beast and Emerald City (NYTW); Lisbon Traviata (MTC); The Widow Claire (Circle in the Square); and writing and performing The Only Thing Worse You Could Have Told Me … (Actor’s Playhouse; Drama Desk/Outer Critics nominations); Film: Karl Rove, I Love You (co-writer, co-director); Pearl (director/adaptor); Fixing Frank; Enemy of the State; and Silence of the Lambs. TV: The Mist; Prayers for Bobby; 6 plus years playing “Bulldog” on Frasier; 3 years at the Sundance Theatre Lab! Dan and his husband live mostly in New York City, sometimes in Vermont.

Jackson teaches directing at New School and is a Visiting Lecturer at Williams College. In addition, she has taught directing and acting at Columbia University, Yale College, Primary Stage’s ESPA, Sarah Lawrence and Fordham. Jackson is the recipient of the Jonathan Alper Directing Fellowship at Manhattan Theatre Club, the Williamstown Theater Festival Directing Fellowship and the Drama League’s New Directors / New Works Fellowship. Originally from Sugar Land, Texas, Jackson received her BFA in acting from the University of the Arts (Silver Star Distinguished Alumni Award) and MFA in directing from Yale School of Drama.

Producing Director, Richard Waterhouse
is a teacher, director, and actor, currently teaching acting at Brown University. Professional acting credits include Rogers and Hart's, Too Many Girls and Aaron Copland's, The Second Hurricane, Off-Broadway; Eastern Standard and Oliver Twisted in Los Angeles; regional credits include Deathtrap, I Hate Hamlet, and most recently, Directions for Restoring the Apparently Dead. On television, Richard has been seen on In the Heat of the Night and Moonlight and Mistletoe for the Hallmark Channel, and in national commercials for Pepsi, McDonalds, and Hyundai. Directing credits include Love Alone, The Little Dog Laughed, '8' the play and Kimberly Akimbo. He wrote and directed the short film, Respect for Acting, and produced the short film, Pearl, starring Tony award winning actress, Frances Sternhagen. Richard narrates audio books for Blackstone Audio and Too Little Time, Inc. Richard lives in New York City with his partner of 26 years and now husband, Dan Butler.
